HAPPY BIRTHDAY SISTA!!!

Today is my one and only sisters birthday!!! She is celebrating her 3oth today!!! Yes - I said 30th!!!! I just wanted to wish her a very happy birthday. She has been such a blessing in my life. We have become really good friends through the years. We are 12 years apart and our roles in the family were totally different. I was the oldest daughter and the 2nd mother to all my brothers. She was the youngest daughter and had to survive ALL my brothers. When Tim and I got married, she was only 8 years old (crazy)!!! It has been neat to watch her grow-up into this amazing woman!! She has been blessed with so many gifts/talents and she is ALWAYS sharing these gifts/talents with others. I love our morning phone calls and I love the fact that she lives so close by. Happy Birthday Dear Sister!! - I LOVE YOU!!!

Meet Mary our "little princess"!!

Please let me introduce you - this is Princess Mary - she is the newest addition to our royal family!! Mary came to live with us last August. She has been so much fun and as you can see she is ALL girl!! She loves playing dress up and with her doll house. I must say it has been FUN for me to have a little princess around since the previous princess grew up, got married and moved in with her prince charming:) We are not sure if this BEAUTIFUL little princess is going to get to stay with our family forever but we are trusting and hoping that the Royal Courts Above will intervene!!!

We will know more on the 21st of April - we are going to court and hopefully a decision will be made. Hopefully the RIGHT decision!!! It will be devistating to our family if she had leave because we LOVE her so and I try really hard not to think about it because it brings me to tears.

We love you Mary - you are a "Ray of Sunshine" and we know that Heavenly Father is mindful of you and we are going to put our trust in him!!

What mom doesn't love the smell of chicken cooking on the grill??

What mom doesn't love it when her child runs inside with a BEAUTIFUL picked flower just for her!!!
